 ieve sustainable growth\, the transformation of the continent’s higher e
 ducation institutions (HEIs) to drive innovation\, address sustainable dev
 elopment goals (SDGs)\, and empower future generations becomes increasingl
 y critical.\nThe current challenges in higher education in Africa undersco
 re the urgent need for comprehensive reforms and innovative approaches acr
 oss the continent. The integration of innovation and entrepreneurship to e
 nhance curriculum relevance\; investment in research infrastructure\; esta
 blishment of collaborative research networks\; harnessing of digital techn
